About this event

Blackmagic Collective and Sigma presents:

BMC Live in LA - in Person Networking Event

SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, July 21st, 2022

Networking starting IN PERSON at 6pm PT in Burbank, CA (w/Keynote speaker discussion live streamed at 7pm PT).

Calling all women who work behind the camera and those who want to hire them! Join us for a night of networking and education at BMC L.A.’s first live event since the shutdown. Get back out and meet those who can help you create movie magic. Select female-identifying DP's and camera crew will have the opportunity to pitch themselves to the room (details to come). All film disciplines encouraged to attend.

You've spent the past two years indoors and online watching panels and zooming with friends, family and colleagues. Now it's time to re-immerse yourself into your filmmaking community and LA Film Chapter home, dust off your business cards, meet fellow creatives (all genders welcome) in your area with the atmosphere of a live venue and an informative discussion to come. We look forward to meeting you all and seeing everyone's sparkling, glowing faces! Networking liaisons will help you meet people in the room!

Keynote speaker Polly Morgan (A Quiet Place 2, 6 Balloons, Lucy in the Sky) and Speaker Elle Schneider (The Food That Built America). Stay tuned!

**Attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (w/booster & ID) upon entering the venue. Must have a mask on to enter the building & get to the event room.**
